The shift to virtual work (because of the thing called the internet and software 😜), has proliferated a talent explosion right at your fingertips. Now if only you could outsource those pesky meetings that could have been an email…

…yet, it can be daunting. Why not start with the objective of a single hire? Think about what you need in the short term, write a description, identify measures of success, and pick a budget → then GO 🟢. If it doesn’t work out, then stop and regroup. It’s much less of a commitment than hiring a full time employee, and it scales pretty quickly.
